A pending work stoppage at Canada Post will further underscore how irrelevant home delivery is becoming for many Canadians, Macdonald-Laurier Institute author Ian Lee told CBC.
But a work stoppage would also harm one of the few areas where Canada Post’s business is growing: courier and parcel business.
Lee, the author of a 2015 report on how to fix Canada’s national mail carrier, spoke with CBC Radio One stations across the country, CBC online, 640 Toronto News and Global TV about the impact that a work stoppage would have on Canada Post.
