Our rapidly evolving economy has raised fresh questions about Canadian competition policy – does it need a complete rethink, or simply updating at the margins? And do we need entirely new regulatory rolls, or can we look to untapped sources to strengthen competition, including outside our borders? This project seeks to answer these important questions.
