Senior Fellow Richard Shimooka joins CTV News to discuss ongoing investigations looking at the origin of the missile which recently hit Poland, killing two civilians. “They will look at the crater, the angle at which it landed and its dispersal and make an assessment based on that data,” says Shimooka.
“Most of the Western European countries are, at this stage, unwilling to expand the level of conflict. That an event like this occurred, I don’t think that it would push them to try to expand the width of the conflict in order to engender an increased Russian response.”
