This week’s decision to appoint three new members to the National Energy Board panel charged with deciding the fate of the Energy East pipeline is a welcome step in the right direction, says MLI Munk Senior Fellow Sean Speer on BNN.
“This project represents a significant economic driver for this country and we can’t afford to have it lost in a process of political machinations and all of the issues that have clouded it to date,” says Speer.
