It should be easier for older workers to stay in the work force, Philip Cross tells BNN

A new report from a government advisory council urging Ottawa to raise the retirement age is pursuing a laudable goal of keeping older workers in the labour force, MLI Munk Senior Fellow Philip Cross told BNN.

“We should be reducing the barriers and encouraging people to stay in the labour force in their older years”, he says.
