The Macdonald-Laurier Institute’s Managing Director Brian Lee Crowley will deliver a speech at an event Tuesday about the role middle powers can play in international affairs.
The talk will look at how Canada can leverage its power to preserve and enhance what matters – rights, freedom, democracy – in a dangerous world.
The event will be taking place at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea to Canada in Ottawa.
