MLI Senior Fellow Richard Shimooka spoke with CTV News to share his thoughts on the recent Ukrainian counter-offensive.
“It has been interesting to watch this progression” said Shimooka. “I think it’s quite surprising how well the Ukrainians have pushed, especially in the East. As of the last 24 hours, we are beginning to see bigger advances in the South.”
