Munk Senior Fellow Sean Speer joins the Big Picture Panel on CBC’s On the Money to discuss the wisdom of the federal government’s decision to purchase the Trans Mountain pipeline.
According to Speer, this ought to be a wake-up call: “It’s extraordinary that we go to a place on this particular project where no one was prepared to step in.”
This isn’t just about pipelines, as problems also exist when it comes to housing and infrastructure construction.
