Bio: Heather Exner-Pirot is a Fellow at MLI and a Global Fellow at the Wilson Center in Washington, DC.
Jeff Kucharski
Expertise: International energy policy.
Bio: Jeff Kucharski is a Senior Fellow at MLI, a policy entrepreneur and academic. He is currently an Adjunct Faculty member at Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC.

Bio: Jonathan Berkshire Miller is Director and Senior Fellow of the Indo-Pacific Program at MLI and a Senior Fellow with the Japan Institute of International Affairs (JIIA).
Charles Burton
Expertise: Canada-China relations.
Bio: Charles Burton is a Senior Fellow at MLI, and a former counsellor at the Canadian Embassy in Beijing.

Bio: Peter Menzies is a Senior Fellow at MLI and a former vice chair of Telecommunications at the CRTC. Irene S. Berkowitz, PhD, is a Senior Policy Fellow at Audience Lab, a research group in The Creative School at Ryerson University.
