Congratulations are due to MLI Fellow Alex Wilner!
The prestigious Journal of Strategic Studies (JSS) has awarded Dr. Wilner the 2010 Amos Perlmutter Prize for his article, “Deterring the Undeterrable: Coercion, Denial, and Delegitimization in Counterterrorism”.
The Journal of Strategic Studies is one of the top tier, peer-review journals in International Relations theory in the world today and the Perlmutter Prize is awarded annually. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to read the article until it appears in the February 2011 edition of the JSS.
