F.H. Buckley appeared on 1310 News in Ottawa on Tuesday to discuss the Canadian launch for his book, The Once and Future King.
The event is set to take place Tuesday night at the RCAF Officers’ Mess at 158 Gloucester St. in Ottawa.
The Once and Future King argues that Canada’s political system is performing better than the United States’ when it comes to important issues such as protecting liberty and controlling the power of the executive.
“This is Canada’s moment”, Buckley told the station. “There has never been a time when the Canadian system looked better”.
Buckley authored an op-ed for the Ottawa Citizen, building on the content of the book, on why we shouldn’t empower members of Parliament.
