The silencing of dissenting opinions among doctors could have an impact on medical care for Canadians. MLI Munk Senior Fellow Shawn Whatley joined NL Morning News to discuss the negative impacts of shutting down debates within the medical profession.

“We need doctors to speak out,” urges Whatley. “When they something wrong, when they see their patients at risk, or harm coming to their patients. We need doctors to speak out.”
