Macdonald-Laurier Institute Managing Director Brian Lee Crowley is scheduled to speak in Calgary on Monday, looking at the role that regulation plays in Canada’s economy.
Crowley is speaking at an event organized by WESTAC, a non-profit representing transportation organizations.
He will join several other speakers, including former federal cabinet minister and current CTA review panel chair David Emerson.
