MLI Senior Fellow Christian Leuprecht joined CTV news to discuss Russia’s current strategy and military capability in Ukraine, including Russia’s reliance on shelling urban and civilian targets due to a lack of infantry. As Leuprecht says, “this should give all of us hope that the Russian military having to resort to these much more crude and aggressive measures is an indication of how relatively poorly the overall structure of the Russian strategy and plan is going.”
