OTTAWA, ON (January 10, 2023): Jamil Jivani has stepped down, as of January 1, 2023, from his role as a Senior Fellow at the Macdonald-Laurier Institute. He previously led MLI’s Speak For Ourselves initiative, which gave voice to those in demographic groups whose opinions have long gone unheard.
“MLI has built a fantastic operation and I’m especially proud that we were able to engage students and new writers from different communities,” says Jivani. He has embarked on a new pursuit as President of the Canada Strong & Free Network – and, as such, is unable to continue his affiliation with MLI. We thank him and wish him well.
