Yesterday, the Senate Special Committee on Anti-terrorism heard testimony from MLI Fellow Alexandre Wilner. A video link brought Alex from his base in Switzerland to his appearance before the Committee Members. The basis of the testimony presented was Alex’s MLI study, From Rehabilitation to Recruitment, which was released in October.
