MLI Senior Fellow Ken Coates spoke to the National Post about the federal government’s impending decision on the Northern Gateway pipeline, which it is expecting to announce at some point on Tuesday.
Coates said that demand from countries like China and India is combining with volatility in the Middle East to make Canada “almost a perfect partner” in energy supply.
“There is absolutely no doubt this is almost the moment for Canadian oil and gas revenues and resources”, Coates told the Post.
