MLI Research Advisory Board Member Elliot Tepper joined CTV News to discuss the recent G7 Summit and Canada’s agenda at this international forum. The G7 summit covered a range of topics, including what to do about increasingly belligerence out of Russia and China, climate change, post-pandemic economic recovery, and much more.
“The big takeaway is that there is no longer a vacuum of international relations,” says Tepper. “A vacuum inviting intervention by others, meaning China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, those inimical to democracies. The democracies of the world are saying there is no longer a vacuum of international relations.”
