United States President Donald Trump’s decision to push forward Keystone XL shows a profound shift in how North America will proceed with major infrastructure projects, says MLI Munk Senior Fellow Sean Speer.
“This president is a bull in a china shop and he’s not going to accept the bureaucratic red tape and the weight of the administrative state that we’ve come to be accustomed to in North America”, Speer told CBC. “And I don’t think that’s a bad thing”.
