MLI live-streamed its event “Meeting the new security threats in Europe: Hybrid warfare, Russian military expansion, propaganda and cyber war” here on Thursday, Nov. 17. Visiting Ukrainian Vice-Prime Minister Ivanna Klympush-Tsintsadze spoke of the effects of Russian aggression on her country and a high-level panel assembled by MLI discussed the various challenges facing Canada’s allies in Eastern Europe and the Baltic nations.
