The Macdonald-Laurier Institute made its presence felt in 2015 – our annual report showing how we are helping make Canada the best-governed country in the world proves it.
MLI celebrated its fifth anniversary by bolstering its reputation for thought leadership on many of the key issues facing Canada today, including in the fields of Aboriginal affairs, justice, the economy, security issues, health care, labour, and transportation issues.
MLI authors appeared in national newspapers, on TV broadcasts and over radio airwaves at a greater rate than in previous years, and politicians and influential public servants consulted with MLI to ensure they were making only the best decisions on public policy.
And, to cap it all off, MLI again climbed the rankings of the most influential list of think tanks in the world.
