Macdonald-Laurier Institute Managing Director Brian Lee Crowley is warning Canadians to be wary of the perils of counting on growing government revenues to foot the bill for big-spending promises.
“The only thing you control is your spending. You don’t control your revenue”, Crowley told CTV in a weekend interview. “This is one of the great problems that faces every decision-maker in public life”.
