MLI Munk Senior Fellow Dr. Christian Leuprecht’s report on the future of Canada’s special operations forces has earned some attention in the Ottawa Citizen.
The report, a joint release of MLI and the Conference of Defence Associations Institute, offers a path forward for the special forces.
Dr. Leuprecht co-authored the report with Dr. H. Christian Breede, CD, an Assistant Professor at the Royal Military College of Canada.
