OTTAWA, ON (May 8, 2018): On Tuesday, US President Donald Trump made it official that the US would withdraw from the 2015 international nuclear accord with Iran. The agreement, negotiated by Trump’s predecessor Barack Obama, provided for lifting international sanctions in exchange for limits on Iran’s nuclear program.
