Christopher Sands, a member of the Research Advisory Board of the Macdonald-Laurier Institute and a Senior Fellow at the Hudson Institute, recently published a briefing paper on U.S.–Canadian border cooperation in which he explores the implications of the recent bilateral summit between Prime Minister Harper and President Obama.
