Yuan Yi Zhu is an assistant professor in international relations and international law at Leiden University, The Netherlands and a research associate at the University of British Columbia's Research Group for Constitutional Law. He was previously a lecturer and research fellow at the University of Oxford. He has also served as a senior advisor to the leader of the opposition, in Canada.
