Manager of Events and Administration
Jackelyn Beacom is the Manager of Events and Administration at the Macdonald-Laurier Institute. Prior to joining MLI in January 2021, she worked as a Legislative Assistant to a Member of Parliament and worked abroad in Peru with EQWIP HUBs, a non-profit organization focused on global youth development. In addition to her professional experience, she actively volunteers with several organizations within the Ottawa area. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Social Science with a Specialization in Political Science (with Distinction) from the University of Ottawa.
